Shipping Policy

Hero Chews ships to addresses within the United States. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

Free shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $50 or more within the contiguous United States.

Standard shipping: Orders under $50 ship at a flat rate and typically arrive within 3-5 business days after processing.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Hero Chews is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or weather.
