I grew up snacking.

Candy, fruit snacks, chips, granola bars — you name it, I ate it. As I have gotten older, became a parent, and started coaching and working with kids, I continued to see unhealthy snacking amongst kids, teens, and adults.

Kids play hard. Adults work hard. Everyone deserves a snack that gives something back — not just empty calories and a crash twenty minutes later.
